Major surgery in the past year and a half? Stop making excuses. This guy couldn't be in any better shape if he wanted to, he just has shit cardio. He got bested in this match up and that is ALL there is to it. Cain capitalized on the advantage of getting Lesnar down with strikes. He didn't punch himself out like a wild careless maniac such as Carwin did. He laid back and picked his shots intelligently and was simply able to come out on top.
