Uneducated mma fans may look at this and think that Forrest is a wuss and that he didn't take much punishment. This just goes to show that the accuracy of a strike can be more devastating than the force in which it is thrown. Forrest still has an iron jaw but the srongest jaw in the world can not withstand well placed shots with the proper technique

I think this was a great fight.. Forest had alot of heart everytime he got knocked down he got back up..... But Lyoto vs Silva would be a great fight..
stop asking for machida haha they will never fight just like rashad and jardine they are partners and friends, both machida and silva trained under the minotauro jiu jitzu, they know each other too much from sparring to risk it haha smart move by both of em and btw machida got his ass kiked by shogun the fight was stolen from shogun i saw him won it =/
HUGE fan of this fight. I'm a major griffin fan but in my opinion anderson silva is the best fighter I've ever seen so I'm not upset. I still respect Griffin just as much as I did before but one can really put anderson's skills into perspective through this fight
